*LAW*HELP* Caught Driving without license?

Ok i was driving home and i have no license im 16 and my car brakes stopped working i hit a car in front of me car car brakes are dead they don't even work. The guy driving let it go he said that his car isn't damaged. But a cop drove by and watched it happen. I panicked drove for like 20 secs parked somewhere the cops saw me and they asked why i rode off i said because i have no license so he said that there only going to mention that i was driving without a license do you know what can happen and whats going to happen. Im a good driver it was all my brakes this is not an excuse to get out of anything for they don't care for my story. AND the car is under my moms name is any of this going to affect her?HELP?

How to turn off all exterior lights while car is running?

Just was wondering about this. i have a 95 Jetta 3 GL . If i pull my e-brake up 1 click so it stays the head lights will turn off , its not actually engaging the e-brake so im not worried. but can i make a switch to turn off my parking lights at will ??? Just like how Takumi passes the EK9 with his lights off in Initial-D. XD

Ok so almost 2 weeks ago I told this girl I like her. Later that day she told me she likes me back, I was happy:)! But then something came up. I knew this girl for a year now and we gave been kinda friends and then I told her I liked he blah blah blah but there is one problem. So she fake went out with this other guy just to see if she can Handel a relationship.yeah great idea except we like eachother now and she has a bf:(! I think she can Handel a relationship now but she wouldn't brake up with the guy(I dont know why) We say we love eachother but then againshe has a bf! Please help!
