Jeep Wrangler TJ Question?

I Will try to be as specific as possible. A Squeeking started under the passenger side front end the other day. I went to go inspect what it was, and from what I can tell, there is a metal bar that comes off from about the bumper and goes back with a little rubber ball on the end, and another metal bar that connect right near the axel that has a socket on top of it. Its obvious that that rubber ball belongs in that socket which will form a slightly obtuse angle once properly connected, as the driver side one does. I am just trying to figure out how much the repair is going to be so i need to know what the name of that part is. Thanks
