*LAW*HELP* Caught Driving without license?

Ok i was driving home and i have no license im 16 and my car brakes stopped working i hit a car in front of me car car brakes are dead they don't even work. The guy driving let it go he said that his car isn't damaged. But a cop drove by and watched it happen. I panicked drove for like 20 secs parked somewhere the cops saw me and they asked why i rode off i said because i have no license so he said that there only going to mention that i was driving without a license do you know what can happen and whats going to happen. Im a good driver it was all my brakes this is not an excuse to get out of anything for they don't care for my story. AND the car is under my moms name is any of this going to affect her?HELP?

No means of insulting gays. But I was watching this gay for pay thing and these men claim to be 100 percent straight and they have sex with men for cash. Now how come they are straight. So when my husband buys a new car he'll be giving me his 1998 Chevy Malibu (um...yay?) It runs okay and I only really need it to make short runs to the store, laundromat, whatever. There was nothing to take (NOT EVEN THE STEREO!) but the middle armrest/storage compartment was ripped off of its hinges and the handle to the glove compartment was broken off. If they are going to make exceptions then obviously the original reason behind sealing juvenile records is now shattered by their statute requiring juvenile sex offenders to report just like adult offenders. shouldn't the state now be required to make public all juvenile serious offenders' records? If not, wouldn't this constitute an equal protection violation because adult offender records are public and the state's position regarding the original intent behind sealing juvenile records via the enactment of a statute requiring juvenile serious sex offenders to report just like adult offenders won't hold up now? How to win a non guilty driving case?

Here is what happened, i drove on a road that had a maximum speed limit of 60 km/h, i maintained a proper speed that was under 60 km/h and once i seen construction ahead i used my breaks to slow down. The brakes didnt complete the full stop for some reason, i had them to the floor and it was barely slowing down, i do not know why it did that but i ended up using my ebrake and the next thing you know i hit a construction cone and the cone ended up hitting another car. I was so stressed out and i ended up driving home with my e brake because my brakes wouldnt work. about 30 minutes later police showed up at my door saying i hit and ran, i wasnt aware of this until they came and told me because i guess the cone that i hit, hit another car which ended up being an accident ? and then it looked like i ran... So the cops wrote me a ticket for a court date and the person that got hit my the cone is making bull **** up that i was speeding cause my car is a civic that is tuned up. because of this i could be loosing my license for 6 months because im a newly licensed driver and the ticket got written up as careless and imprudent driving. They also mentioned i have to do my inspection for my brakes, and once i do that i gotta get the guy that done it for me to tell the cops what happened and why in order to keep my license. Now im worried because i dont know if anyone will do that for me because they might not have time for me, but please leave a comment

I have finally realized that hobbytron sells cheap worthless defective guns that brake after a day but because of their stupid return policy i'm stuck with 2 pistols i bought. They are giving me store credit and am not getting a pistol so I am going to get something that may actually work. I am not going to pay any more money on this company than the store credit i have so the only thing I can afford is a refurbished electric rifle with good fps and I found 2 guns that may work. 1 is the Refurbished Electric Tactical M4 Assault Rifle FPS-315 Airsoft Gun and the other is the Refurbished Electric Double Eagle M805B1 CQB M4 Assault Rifle FPS-350 Airsoft Gun. What is a good mountain bike, that won't break the bank?

Okay so I want a decent cheap mountain bike.. You know like, one that doesn't cost $400 or more! I had one of those $150 mongooses, but it was AWFUL! First I had a complete front brake lock up! From just lightly pulling on the front brake lever riding down the road. I don't mean like the wheel locked up because I pulled the brake lever. I mean the brakes locked up and would not come undone. I worked on it for awhile, and I got that fixed. Then I went over a very minor bump in the road at a high speed, I didn't even crash or anything like that! But the stock rims got bent out of shape, and I had to take into the shop for a replacement rim. Then, My back brakes stopped working. It wasn't like they had a catastrophic failure like the front brakes did, they just simply wouldn't work. Well I gave up on trying to fix it for awhile, and spent more time trying to figure out how the brake system worked. I got a pretty good understanding of how the brakes work and I successfully fixed them. However they are already losing alot of tension and fast, and I don't even do alot of hardcore braking. I'm beginning to think it needs a new brake like. Then to finally end it all, today I was riding around. I jumped off of a 5 inch ledge... I kid you not, just 5 inches AT MAX. And that 5 inches was enough to somehow whip the rear derailleur into the spokes, and once that happened it was all over. I don't know how it happens, and I'm 100% sure that I did not hit it on the ledge when I jumped, because I hit the ledge perpendicular, making it litterally impossible for the ledge to have it.. The only thing I could think of is that that little jump was enough to whip it into the spokes. Anyways I'm tired of this piece of junk! What is a decent bicycle (specific model or manufacturer) that wont break the bank, or break when it drops 5 inches?

Its been a year since I had new brake pads and rotors put on my Envoy, They never stopped squealing since the day they put them on. Why does God have to burn us in hell for eternity when human life is so short?

I am posing this question after hearing the Christian argument that God did not create evil, and that evil is just the "absence of God." And that humans are given "free will" otherwise we'd all be like robots created to serve God without a choice. Doesn't sound like a choice to me. Sounds like an ultimatum. God basically says "serve me or else I will banish you to fire and brimstone for ETERNITY!" In most cases humans live less than 100 years. If god is fair and just how could he do this to people who didn't agree to these terms before they were born? Why not just make us cease to exist and go about his business? Squeaky brakes problem!?

Why do my brakes always squeak? I replace the front brakes, rotor and ceramic pads lubed them about 10k miles ago, and I replaced the pads on my rear brakes, the rotor where still smooth. What could be the problem? They squeak alot when it's raining or just got done raining.

What counts as a "small meal" when talking about dieting?

Ppl say to eat throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. My suggestion would be to eat three smaller meals (200-400 calories) and three light snacks throughout the day. It just depends on the amount of calories you want to consume throughout the day. For me, I try to eat about 1400 calories a day, so I have 200 cals at breakfast, 150 cal snack, 300 cals at lunch, 150 cal snack, 400 cals for dinner, and 150 cal snack. This keeps me a little under my calorie goal just in case my meals/snacks have a few more calories than listed above. That's a Point-and-Shoot camera. My advice would be to save up and buy a real camera. Both Nikon and Canon sell some really great entry-level DSLR cameras. Do some research on the subject and learn to take photography to an entirely new level.

Whats going on with my van?

I got a 2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3L 148K mi. I have a few electrical probs. Well for one thing, it can only go so far in there. The depth of the vagina only goes as far as the cervix. So don't worry about losing it in there because it can't happen. Car was damaged while at automobile shop getting worked on...?

I just received a phone call regarding my car being damaged while it was at the automobile repair shop. I have a 5 speed civic with an automatic start button on the remote. I told the employees that yesterday we accidentally pushed the button and the car started and drove itself into the bumper of a van. (it was in 1st gear with the emergency brake up). I told the technician to be careful and not press the automatic start button. I received a phone call stating that the technician supposedly just pressed the unlock button on the remote and the car started and drove itself over the parking stopper (cement) and into a cement flower bed. There is damage to the car (deep scratches on the front bumper). Do I have any chance of the automobile center to pay for the repair of my bumper? Has anyone heard of this happening before?

25+ yr old boiler in my apartment?

just moved into an apartment here in anchorage, upon meeting my neighbors I was informed the previous tenants moved out due to excessively high heating costs because the 'long over due' boiler. Ok the procedure is to place the hardware and pads into the torque menber that is bolted to the steering knuckle with the rotor on the front hub studs then drop the caliper over the pad torque member rotor and place the 14mm bolts into the caliper pins that were lightly greased inserted in the torque menber. The single piston pushes into the caliper almost flush. You can use a big C clamp or the largest Channel Lock Pliers to squeeze that piston all the way in. (when) pads are in place they are held in with the hardware 2 thin sheet metal spring things top and bottom edges of the torque member to pad.
